To reach this cairn, start in Necropolis and take the transporter to the top level and take the upper exit. Where the storm legion rift is, there is a dead-end like path to the right. Follow it and go around the back of the rocks till you come to the steep narrow hill (10467, 5109). Climb up that.
Make your way along the hills till you reach a fork in the paths at 10449, 4931 where you should take the left, lower pathway and continue along it until you reach the cairn!
