However! My life has finally settled down and I once again started a new character! I currently have 3 main characters and one that I'll probably never really mess with again. My three characters on Faeblight include Niahm (Level 70 Cleric), Nyteangel (Level 67 Mage), and my new rogue Aethia (at this time almost level 22).
I just finished the Freemarch zone and I've started on Stonefield a little. I have a friend I'm running around and leveling with. We both decided to tackle all of the crafting skills at high levels so we made baby toons to gather all of the low-level stuff with to level our craft skills.
I don't know how popular this game still is, but I figured that I would come around and tackle some of the old zone puzzles, hidden gems, cairns, and whatnot with you guys. Anything I find interesting that I think you guys may like I'll post here! If you have any specific requests, questions, or interests, just leave a comment. I always try to reply as soon as I can. For now, I'm going to tackle the little hidden treasures in the Lake of Solace! There are a number of sunken treasure boxes at the bottom of the lake with level 20 gear just waiting to be opened for all of you little toons! The best place to start is /setwaypoint 5644, 5644. From here, you can see the glitter of the first clickable treasure chest, as shown below, straight in front of you.
The second treasure chest is at /setwaypoint 5459, 6005. Be very careful with this one! It's technically in the Shimmersand zone and there are elites swimming around the area. If you're careful, you can avoid them easily. The box is nestled against some underwater boulders as shown below.
From this chest, you'll swim down deeper into the lake. There is a crevice pathway you will follow around the lake where you'll periodically find chests. The third one is at /setwaypoint 5570, 6235.
After collecting this treasure chest, you'll follow the crevice pathway to the left. The fourth box is at /setwaypoint 5881, 6223.
After collecting this chest, the path will split. When you reach the Y, keep left. The fifth box is at /setwaypoint 6336, 6233.
The next one is also technically in Shimmersand, so be careful! You'll go to /setwaypoint 6043, 6514.
The last Shimmersand-based treasure chest is at /setwaypoint 6447, 6432. This one isn't as dangerous, there aren't any high-level mobs around.
From this treasure chest, you'll make your way to /setwaypoint 6725, 5985. This is the final treasure chest. This gives you the achievement Seeking Solace!
After this, if you're interested in the Freemarch puzzle located in the Lake of Solace, it's at /setwaypoint 5998, 6141.
The way to complete this puzzle is pretty self-explanatory. You have to get all of the lamps to light up. They disappear and reappear pretty quickly so it may take a few minutes to complete.
Once completed, you will get the achievement Sleeping with the Fishes!
